Did you miss the "critiques" part of "showcase and critiques?" Did you have some idea that everything would be hearts and flowers, sunshine and rainbows?

People give their honest opinions, it's only "negative" when you don't like their honest opinions.

This is "showcase and critiques" not "forum promotion", so of course people are going to critique the site.

Better content may bring members, not the stuff that is posted already.

Also most people here have their own sites that they are trying to keep afloat and get new members and content. If you are looking to get people to join and post there are sites better suited to find such individuals.

But before you look to get people to join and post, I would clean up the current content.

Another thing to add to this is the forum you still have a completely empty block.

If you want to promote your forum go to ForumPromotion or similar. This is literally a business forum for forum owners who use the Software. Normal people don't come on here. You're looking for the wrong audience.
