XF 2.1 HTTP ERROR 500 after transfering to new server

I transfer my cpanel account from different server using WHM and then I got successfully transfer but when I access my site I get

This page isn’t working
*.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

Is there any change do i need to take when transfering to other server? except from DNS?

Problem fixed! I just enabled the GD and Iconv Extention in Easyapache
