XF 2.0 How to use XF2 advertising system?

Trying to figure out how this works so I have a test site with xf 2.0.1 and try to replicate the ads in current xf 1.5 site.
I have the googletag javascript in page_container_js_head template and then just post the relevant html/js script in corresponding template or widgets to show it at locations I need.

How in XF 2, I can't see anywhere i can put the googletag javascript in so it loads everywhere in order for the advertising slots to show the content.

You can add it in PAGE_CONTAINER template before </head> tag.

I actually add it to the bottom of google_analytics template since it will be injecting js from google anyway.
