XF 1.4 How to tell the difference between normal user post and moderator / admin?

Hey guys.

New user here. I need a way to tell the difference between a normal member usergroup post and a post made by a moderator / admin, reason for this is that i want the moderator / admin post to be in blue color while a normal usergroup should be in grey. Is there a plugin or a way to customize this in Xenforo 1.4.8?
