XF 2.1 How to set Default language for all existing User at once?

Hello,

I deleted the old german language files while upgrading XenForo from 1.5x to 2.15x. Installed the new german language files and set it default, but now all existing users switched to "english" and have to switch back manually to german.

How can I switch all existing users global to the language "german"?

Go to Appearance - - > Languages and set German to Standard like at the picture

Thank you, but this does not change the language of existing users. Perhaps some or all users seems to be linked to english.
