XF 2.3 how to search an image posted on my forum?

In your XenForo Admin Control Panel, under Content you will find Attachments where you can locate your image (/admin.php?attachments/)
The direct link to delete the image the URL should be: /admin.php?attachments/img_202105-jpg.2399832/delete for your image.

At least in this case you already know the filename however - so you don't need to search - although the important bit as far as XF is concerned is the ID after the name (2399832 in this case). Alas there isn't a search facility built into XF for images I am aware of so if you have more than a few pages of images it could be difficult to locate.

Still you should be able to view your image at /admin.php?attachments/img_202105-jpg.2399832/view which will let you confirm it is the image you want to delete then visit /admin.php?attachments/img_202105-jpg.2399832/delete to actually delete it.

What if the url is something like
MGLzihVdWgA?format=jpg&name=large
Sorry I don't recognise the URL structure there. Most XF resources follow a name.id pattern (although I've not yet used XF 2.3 so maybe your new URL is just one I've not seen). What is the entire URL (obviously you can replace your actual domain name with example.com or similar if you like)? Can you give us any context about where you are seeing the image?
