How to repeat the title or subject in each reply of the post?

Such as this title of the thread is being repeated every time someone replied

"Is Twitter worth sharing content if you want website traffic?"

Not sure I like that.
Has merits I guess.
Google probably hates it.

I'd suggest something like this ...




not sure any themes have it such that the title stays with you as you scroll.

You said Google might hate it, but what would be the benefit of having the way your idea? If you don't mind the reason for explaining, because I don't see any SEO benefit in it?

If the idea is to remind people of the title, floating is just a way to do it vs. repetition. Either works. But the above was all I found.
