XF 1.5 How to remove user titles?

I think the user banners are sufficient and there is no need for user title. How do I remove the user titles and keep only user banners?

This option is already enabled and it successfully hides the user titles from the posts. But it doesn't hide the user titles from the profile page (as shown in the screenshot above). Any ideas?
