XF 2.3 How to prevent replies from bumping a thread in certain forums... unless it's from the original poster

I have some classified ads in my forum and sometimes a cool thing pops up and users reply to the for sale ad with comments. I want to prevent these threads from getting bumped by comments, but want the original thread poster to be able to bump.

How can I do this?
