XF 2.2 How to prevent html formated post

Some users of the board posting like this and I want to prevent it. Is there any setting from the options or from the editor setting to prevent such posting?

Those are just spammers so you need to stop them posting or registering altogether.

Autocheck all new registrations against StopForumSpam and the other options and require manual approval for any flags. That will stop most of them. If you're only getting a few spammers registering, that's probably enough.

Beyond that, there are some addons available which extend the antispam checks and options. You can decide if you need those.

And if you are getting a LOT of spam, consider one of @Ozzy47's spaminator addons (there are three in total, I believe). They are a bit expensive but worth the added cost if you are under siege.

The registration one is the key if you’re getting a lot of spambots joining, which is most spam out there.
