XF 1.4 How to move post controls

Can someone perhaps tell me how to force the post control bar to the bottom? When someone has only posted a single line of text, and has no signature, it sits in the middle of their post and looks odd and i would prefer it be in line with the bottom of the member info box.

You can either set a minimum height for the post content, which will be inconsistent with different height message user info blocks, or edit the template and move it outside the div.

Which code would I move outside the div? I don't want to muck this up.
