how to make facebook like appear on website

I created a page on facebook and wants the "likes" to appear on the right corner frontpage of my website. How would i make this happen? something like below

In any xenforo template, probably footer.

that site (nairaland) doesnt even seem to be using xenforo. not sure why its in xenfor questions and support.

The site(nairaland) was an example given as a screen shot to show you - what i was intending to achieve. My site is doubleforum.com
