I want to delete them all and send an automatic message to them:

The problem with the approval queue is that the browser can't save any values because the field_name is every time different.
This means we have to type reasons again and again and again. This needs so much time, we all hate it.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve that?
A JavaScript to add text from a list to the field?
Send an array or a shortcut like: {post_id}-number_of_answer
Have a field five times with filled form fields? But how to tell the browser that I sent the 5th one this time?
