XF 1.1 How to let the users see only the first post in some specified forums

My forum is a pay one. Members have access to all forum and visitors are unable to see some forums.

I'd like that visitors can see, in some specified forums, just the first post in a thread and not all the replies.

Anyone knows how can I do that?

You will need a custom mod for that.

But that is something entirely different from your request. Here you asked for a mod to show the first post only and hide the rest from guests whereas my mod it shows a number of characters and hides the rest of posts and it is for all posts.

Sure but your mod more or less do the same. The only thing i'd like to modify is to show the avatar and all the info in the postbit that now are hidden...
