how to keep color as accent but discourage changing full post text to color?

Is there a way to allow color bbcode for highlighting a little text in a post (adding emphasis/heiarchy to a post), but discourage users from using bbcode to color an entire post?

I'd like to keep the majority of text black so it is easy for everyone to read and looks better on the page overall.

Same question with size bbcode...

I do not think there are settings that lets you limit or restrict the usage of bbcode in such detail.

It would be neat if you could programmatically tell if the whole post was wrapped in a color or font size tag, but I suppose that would be difficult to avoid false positives since you can't tell if a closing tag goes with a specific opening bbcode tag I don't think.
