XF 1.3 How to include Google adsense?

Hi everyone I have just installed Xenforo and trying to add some adsense, I was hoping for some advice for positioning, size that has worked best for you in the past and of course what is the best way of adding it in!

I have read the responsive adsense guide but to be honest it just includes a way of improving your adsense not putting it in. Might sound silly but I can't find a solution anywhere thanks!
 
The size is really up to you.

To put an ad on your site, you would copy the html code Google provides.

You would then paste it into one of the following ad templates within a XenForo style which you can access and search by going to Appearance >> Templates

Once you have put an ad in, you can then focus on the responsive size of the adsense, as explained here:

There are ad managers available, but once you understand where the ad templates are, you may as well just use them.
