I would like to add some of words on my forums as the picture. Could you help me how to do it?

That is specific to that style.

Use the ad_header template to add content there.

I am using default template, and search ad_header, and get information as picture - can you help me how to do it? (as sample, I need add Hello into it)

Enter the text "Hello".

You will need to style and position it as required.
