XF 2.3 How To Fix Mod Queue Number When Nothing In It?

See image, mod queue says 1 in it, but there is nothing in it. How do I fix that please?

Can you check the xf_approval_queue table and see what rows are in there?

If you want to remove everything from the approval queue you can truncate the aforementioned table, but make a backup of it first.
