XF 2.2 How to find a user who has an underscore character?

In my forum, I can't find a user who has an underscore character. Here, too, the automatic search for such users does not work. For example, after entering the character @ in the message, enter "bmx" to find the user @bmx_atvman (@bmx_atvman, sorry I took your name as an example), nothing happens, the user is not found.



The same thing happens if I search for users on the users page.


So it doesn't find anything at all.

How do I fix this?

@bmx_atvman is not active anymore since 2014... Only users who have been active within the last 180 days are shown on autocomplete.
