XF 2.0 How to enable Font Awesome 5?

Hey I'm just baffled at the moment at how you enable the new font awesome and get the new icons.

I recently went to their website which used to be fontawesome.io and it now redirects to fontawesome.com where you have 5 times the amount of icons but unfortunately I haven't been able to figure out how to enable it or if Xenforo 2 even supports it. It has me quite bewildered at why this isn't supported and only FontAwesome 4 seems to be supported.

Is there something I'm missing here? How can I enable it? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks a ton.

The XenForo developers would need to update all the templates that call FontAwesome 4.7.0 icons to match the new icon names in FontAwesome 5:

So better to wait until XenForo updates their templates to use FA5..

But if you can't wait it looks like they offer a temporary fix to convert v4 > v5 icons - haven't tried it before though.

I was trying to get icons to put in my xenforo 2 nodes. There aren't enough for font awesome 4. I don't know exactly how to go about using the upgrade method. Any tips would be appreciated. It doesn't really explain enough for me to understand. I tried adding the script in the head tag in page container and it didn't work.

And @Ovunc Dinc thanks for the reply. If I can't figure out how to enable it it looks like I'll have to use a different icon service.

EDIT: I'm currently using simple SVG which has the font awesome 5 icons. It's where I'm currently at but all seems to be working as intended so that's good.
