XF 2.1 How to edit theme and refresh page to see the changes but only for the admin

I would like to know how to edit and see changes only me as administrator.
I need create a dark mode theme.
By the way is there a fast way to create one?

Set the style status to disabled - only administrators can select disabled styles.
