XF 1.2 How To Disable Custom Warning Point Per Usergroup??

Sorry for my bad english.
I wanna ask about warning point.

I created new usergroup with ability to give warning point.
My problem is : This usergroup can give custom warning point so they can easily ban another member.
How to disable custom warning point per usergroup?

Uncheck Points and expiry time are editable when giving warning.

Warnings are global, not specific to user groups.

I mean to hide custom poin menu so my new usergroup can't ban another member. They can just give warning based on ACP criteria like: inapropriate content.
