XF 1.4 How to delete all followers on forum (SQL entry)?

What is SQL entry to delete from all users followers?
So every user start from begining, he has not being followed from any other user, nor he has follow any user.

Using phpMyAdmin you can Empty the xf_user_follow table.

It will delete all follows.
