XF 2.2 How to deactivate Vendor js

I have this question: How to deactivate Vendor js

My site does not sell anything, nor uses advertisements.
Vendor js is blocking my site:

So, how to get rid of the Vendor parts?

That's not what vendor means in this context.
It's unrelated to selling, it means the company/product, in this case jquery.

jquery is required for XF to function correctly.

But why is this jquery so blocking?

I uploaded both vendor > jquery files from the full update 2.2.9 and the blocking time is now reduced to 207 ms.
