XF 1.3 How to cutomize footer to make it bigger?

I'm new to xenforo styling and I'm not a coder. I really want to put a custom footer something like in this site http://www.80snetwork.com/ but I really don't know how to do it. Anybody could share html or template edits to make it appear like this? Thanks!
