How to contact support without active license?

I am unable to modify the e-mail associated with my xenforo account (not community forums) without having a license subscription, nor am I able to close my account or even contact support AT ALL to do either of these without a valid subscription?

Not allowing me to close my account and have all of my data permanently deleted is a violation of privacy laws in the US, Canada, UK, EU, etc.

I am not asking for support in regards to the software of which I have previously bought, so this is an obscene violation of my rights.

Looking for any information to contact support to get these matters resolved without having to take up legal matters.

I thought I give you a leeway in case you are not online as the majority of the team is in UK. I should have never doubted you, sorry

It's actually over 5 hours past my "typical" office hours (even on the weekend), but if tickets come in and I'm awake and online, I typically answer them.
