If you are referring to the facebook, the file is called logo.og.png.
Do a search on that and you will find tons of info on the forum in reference to it.

I found that facebook was pulling images from other parts of the site. I manually put my opengraph settings in the page container pointing to the logo. When they scanned the site they were trying to say the logo isn't the right size etc we are going to use "this" instead lol. Someone commented that when they link the site they were seeing peoples images.
