XF 2.2 How to change logo from "XenForo" to my own?

Pardon the noob here. I wasn't able to find the answer with a search.
For the life of me, I can't find where this is changed in the XenForo control panel.

XF 2.2 - Get rid of xenforo in my header and add my own logo

I have looked high and low for instructions in the manual on how to replace xenForo in my header. I also would like dimensions for a logo of my own that goes in the header area; mine repeats, presumably because it's not the right width.
