How to change background for Tooltip

Anyone can help me for changing background for Tooltip? I cant find class Tooltip?

Goto Appearance >> Style Properties >> Forum /Node List scroll down until you get to Description Tooltip & Description Tooltip Arrow

Ya..I knew that but i want to change class Tooltip.

> Tooltip (background color)
> Tooltip Arrow (top border color)
