XF 2.2 How to achieve this function, secondary prefix

I used ps to create a picture.



I used PS to create a demo image.

When I click on the "America" prefix, it shows a list of city prefix in the "America".

I would like to know how to achieve this?

Yes, I am using this plugin.
What I mean is that when I select "Country", it shows the secondary prefix for that country.
