How much money is your forum generating?

Hey Everyone,
Just wondering how much money your making with your forums. Just wanting to get an idea of the potential and where I'm sitting now. Right now I'm sitting at about 75 members and pulling in about $25 a month with ad revenue. Thinking about doing paid memberships as well?

How long have you had your forum?
How many members?
Other than ads, what are you doing to make money (if any)?

I'm going to start doing contest give away's. Should I have members be apart of paid memberships? Or will that drive members away?

For those of you making money, what are you doing to generate the income? Are you relying on ads, or are you getting revenue through paid memberships? I would like to get a feel for what you are doing. Feel free to also shoot me a PM.
