How Long Would this import take?

I'd be importing from vb 3.8.7

Approximately 15,000 members
Approximately 500,000 posts

I'd like to retain the basic info such as posts, avatars, and signatures

What's the best way to go about it on shared hosting? Or would this be as easy as an import from 5k members and less than 50k posts lol

Probably wont take you long to be honest, couple of hours?

Yeah I just needed to be sure. I'm donating a license to a club and they're worried about how long it'd take versus a migration to VB4 *which I don't want!*

I'd suggest a test import in an development area. There are a lot of factors that can effect and import and things that can be done to speed it up.

I would expect under and hour for the whole process, depends on any clean up usually.
