XF 1.4 How do you remove the Lock feature on conversation?

Confusing our users who accidentally tick it and then others can't reply.

Can I remove this feature?

There is no option to remove it.

You could edit the template and comment out or delete the code.

I recommend commenting out the code like Brogan suggested. No need for an add-on.
