How do you embed a current GMT time display between the subforums link row and the breadcrumbs

I want to embed an updating GMT display (in very small font size, so unobtrusive) centered in the space between the row of submenu items (e.g. Mark All Forums Read Search Forums Watch Threads What's New?

and the Breadcrumbs Row.

Using a format: All times are GMT. The time now is 02:43

And not have to reinstall it when XF upgrades.

How do I do that please, step by step? (>nothing< is "intuitively obvious" to me... I'm an adult sexuality educator, not a coder).

If you add it to the ad_above_breadcrumbs template that should work.
