XF 2.2 How do I translate the phrases in the registeration form?

Gosh, having to translate awkward phrases is one of the downsides of running a multilingual forum.

Unregistered visitors are asked to register an account before their message is sent.

I can't find where the place where I can translate the following phrases:

TBQH I think that sounds awkward even in English.
