XF 2.0 How do I make the description of the forum visible?

Now the description is only visible by hovering. How can I make it visible as standard under the forum title?

Enter 'description display style' in the ACP search and set that option to inline.

I have a question with this one...

I have the forum descriptions set to inline and all is well on desktop but it hides them on mobile by default and I am ok with that. A member recently said he did not know what the forums meant and it took me a while to realize he was viewing on mobile and therefore did not see the descriptions.

The descriptions are visible once you enter the forum but they are pretty muted and I'm wondering if there is a way to set them to be bigger and bolder without affecting the way it looks on the main page. So basically when you click into the forum the description at the top is bigger and bolder, or even a different colour.
