XF 2.1 How do I change the theme for one specific user?

So i got a theme hidden (disabled) basically I do not want anybody to see that theme except one or two users.
How can I achieve that ?

Maybe edit the users in the ACP, and set the style in their preferences section.

I did that but it does not change the theme at user end.

Was worth a shot. Only way I know of other that making the user an admin is editing core files.

The only way to do this is to enable the theme and share the link to change the theme
