XF 1.5 How do I allow only a certain group to post on a section in my forums?

How do I make it so that regular users can only view and not post threads in the "Announcements" section but Admins can view and post threads in the "Announcements" section?

@Brogan I've had an instance in where when disallowing regular users its also disallowed some staff , i think this has something to do with user group ladders how does one prevent a conflict here when doing what the OP is asking

Usually that happens when you h ave used NEVER in the Regular users. I find it's easier to go into that node permissions and revoke the users and specifically allow staff/admin.
