How do I add privacy policy?

Is their an internal page like the Terms? if not, can i create one like the terms page?

You can create a new Page node and then link to it in the ACP -> Options -> Basic Board Information: Privacy Policy URL

Or you can edit the phrase text for the existing terms.

i need to create a privacy policy page, i like how the terms page looks, can i not have a 2nd page like terms page for privacy policy with out creating a thread?

i like to have the page linked also in the help section like terms...
