XF 1.3 How did these guys use Xenforo to create this page? Add-ons or custom code?

Hello,

I was looking at forums and sites that are using Xenforo and came upon

https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/

I was fascinated by the way individual resources were rated and sorted, it could be a great way to list other things as well.

Any idea how they did this or what add-ons they used?

Maybe they just created hidden forums threads and used the rating addons?

But how did they create the tabs such as
Latest Updates Newest Resources Top Resources Most Downloaded ?

Curious as to what your thoughts are on how to make something similar to the functionality on that page.

It's all possible with an add on called the Resource manager, an add on by XenForo.

It can be purchased as an extension to a license from your customer area.

And it's active here as Jeremy P mentioned.
