XF 2.2 How can you display a 24-hour clock in the forum?

Hi,
I wanted to ask how I can define that the time when messages were published will not be displayed in a 12-hour clock AM PM, but in a 24-hour clock.
I didn't find it in the settings.

Time formatting is part of the localization settings of your language pack(s).

Admin > Appearance > Languages > select your language > Time format: pick the 24 hour format.
