XF 2.1 How can I import a database?

I have a database from XenForo and I want to import it to my new forum, XenForo also . How can I do that? I need to install xenforo before ?

I'll try, but if I have to connect to the server where I extracted the data that I'm trying to import, I'm screwed, because they were on a Cuban server and they're blocking the entry. I think that if it is so I will have to try another Cuban server.

Typically, the databases need to be on the same server.

It is possible to do a cross server import but it can be problematic.

If you extracted the data, it's in an SQL format that you can import into a new database and perform the migration.
