Is there a way to use the cool Telegram Stickers, on Xenforo?

That's not possible out of the box. Provided that Telegram exposes them to the web somewhere (which I doubt), it would require an add-on.

individual stickers can be downloaded from the web app though. they are in tgs. which from what i read online is lottie format? there are some converters available online that claim to be able to convert these to gifs. i haven't personally tried though.
