XF 1.2 how can i create new blank page

i want to create a page for url like /xneforo/followings ...i want create a page with my html

You create a page via the Node management in the ACP.

When you create a new node, set the type as Page and take it from there.

no i dont want to create page from nodes as tree ....see this is my index page url : http://localhost/foro/files and i want to create a page for this url http://localhost/foro/files/mypage/ ....a blank page

Add an empty index.html file.

thanks ...how can i redirect on this page by action...i want to create an action in resource.php controller which redirect to this page (/mypage/index.html)
