XF 1.3 how can i create contact us page ?

Can anyone guide me how to create contact us page and simultaniously how to put link in contact us at the botton of the forum.

You get a year's worth of upgrades when you purchase XenForo and I believe you are still in your first year, so all you need to do is download the update from the customer area and follow the instructions here:

Time to learn then, especially if you are wanting to start two more forums (which will cost you an additional $270 for the software anyway) and you have no money. Keeping 3 forums going with no money means you're going to need to do this sort of stuff yourself.
