Hovering on the Nav Bar Adjustment

When you put your mouse over any of the options in the navbar of xenforo (for example members). You will see an arrow appear next to it, and you physically have to put the cursor over the arrow for the drop down menu options to appear. I find this system a bit confusing since the arrow only appears when you highlight over an option.

Is it possible to make the drop down menu appear when you put your mouse over the members section and not just the little arrow? It makes the navigation less confusing this way.

That helped a lot. Thank you. One other question, is it possible to reduce the delay of how long the drop down menu shows up? Currently it feels a bit laggy as the drop down menu takes half a second to a second to drop down.
