Lack of interest Hover over forum name displays subforums (and description)

Current: Hovering over Subforums link displays subforums.
Proposed: Hovering over parent forum title displays subforums.



Advantages: provides a more "organic way" (easier) to find subforums.
The description is useful, but if a forum consists of subforums .... knowing the subforums is probably more important than the description itself.

Note: look at the baby forum icons in the subforum listing
the Subforums: link would probably stay, but wouldn't be required under this proposal.
