If you've deleted them then there is no way of undoing that.

You will have to manually recreate the accounts or ask them to register again.

wow, what about a back of some sort? I have a cpanel backup...

If you have a backup then you can restore from that.
You will however lose any content created since the backup was taken as you can't do a partial restore.

They were my moderators and had alot of posts 2nd and 3rd on post I am trying to clean up all my user groups and just use the default ones. Having trouble using the "Make this user a moderator fuction" does not work for me..
