Other Hiring a consultant to configure Nginx, PHP-fpm, MySQL, etc

I'm looking for a consultant who can assist me in configuring a few server applications: Nginx, PHP-fpm, MySQL, Memcached, APC, etc. These applications will be configured in a Mac OS X environment, which as you probably know is built on Unix and so the only differences between configuring the applications on a normal server and on a Mac server are the file locations.

SSH access will be provided.

I need the configurations to be done as optimized for the specific hardware (MySQL on one server, Nginx, PHP, others on the 2nd server).
