Lack of interest Highlight own threads in a list

Wouldn't it be a great idea to give members the option of soft highlighting their own threads in a list. I could use that to reward our paying members or for our staff members to highlight an announcement or reminder.

Yes this is what I meant.

Stickied threads would stay up right? but this one goes down like any other thread but it stays highlighted in thread list / new post list etc. It's the same as starring a message instead of the current label system we have.
